Ankita earned her Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Minot State University in 2019 and has worked with individuals of all ages in both in-person and online settings. Her expertise includes cognitive-communication, executive functioning, and language impairments, with a focus on providing culturally competent, person-centered care.
Born in India, raised in Africa and Canada, and now based in the United States, Ankita’s diverse background shapes her empathetic and inclusive approach. As a neurodiverse individual, she saw a gap in ADHD-focused SLP services and partnered with her friend to create a practice dedicated to empowering women facing similar challenges.

Lauren graduated from San Jose State with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2019. She has worked with kids, adults, and families addressing psychiatric diagnoses, sensory processing challenges, and neurological conditions with a strong emphasis on a holistic perspective, practical application, and evidence based practices.
Diagnosed with ADHD as an new mom, she needed to learn new strategies to keep her head above water and really feel like she was thriving. Feeling like she couldn’t find the help she needed, she partnered with her friend to create a solution for other women going through the same stage in life.
Based in San Francisco, she enjoys spending time with her baby girl, walking her dog, photography, and dancing. She also loves painting, surfing, traveling, along with a myriad of other hobbies du jour.
